First-run copies of Ore no Imouto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai Happy End (Oreimo HD) for PS3 includes a product code for event CG and CG commentary from the Ore no Imouto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai Portable series on PSP. The cover art is illustrated by Nozomi Goto, painted and finished by Yasuko Suenaga. The game comes in 2 flavors, normal and limited edition. The 10,980 yen limited edition includes the game, special limited soundtrack CD, art book, and special bonus Blu-ray disc. The normal edition costs 7480 yen.
